Returns & Refunds

 

2 Jays Apparel items are made to order (print-on-demand). Because each item is produced individually for you, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our size charts before ordering.

 

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery at admin@2-jays-apparel.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a refund. In most cases you will not need to ship the item back.

 

Please contact us first: Do not ship any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized or unrequested returns sent to the address below cannot be processed, refunded, or returned to you. Always email us first so we can help and authorize any return that is needed.
