FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum. Every order ships free within the United States. Need it faster? Express shipping is $15 at checkout.

All 2 Jays Apparel products are made to order (print-on-demand), so each item is produced just for you.

Processing time: Orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days of purchase.

Shipping time: After processing, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days via free standard shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Shipping rates: Standard shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders, with no minimum spend. Express shipping within the U.S. is $15. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at admin@2-jays-apparel.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
